Justusability is a usability consultancy in Australia. We provide usability evaluation, UX strategy and AI experience evaluation for digital products and services.
The work.
You’ll help Justusability be a useful voice wherever people talk about usability and AI, and look after the community that grows around our videos. Each day starts with a short list of things that need doing. How well they’re done is up to your judgement.
Who we’re looking for.
You might be a good fit if you:
- Notice when something confuses people, like a form, an app, a lift panel or a parking machine
- Write short, plain, natural English
- Say “I couldn’t check this” rather than guess
- Do what you said you’d do, on time
- Use AI chatbots and have opinions about them
- Time commitment
- About 10 hours a week, at times that suit you

- An initial three months, with room to grow

The head scratcher is the part we look at first. It could be an app, a website, a machine, a sign or anything else people get stuck on.
Your resume
Your studies and any work or volunteering so far, including anything you’ve made, written or posted. One or two pages is plenty.
A reference letter
A short letter from a teacher, a client or an elder about you and your work.
One head scratcher
A photo or a short vertical video (under 30 seconds) of a usability fail you found yourself in Pakistan, plus a couple of sentences on why it confuses people and how to fix it.
