Who to contact

Justusability is the usability research and AI experience evaluation practice led by Adnan Khan, based in Canberra, Australia. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or concerns about how information has been handled, email privacy@justusability.com.

Website visits

This website describes our services and provides links to contact us or book a conversation. It does not offer public account registration, accept payments or provide a file-upload form.

Vercel hosts the website. Technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser information and error logs may be processed to deliver the site, maintain reliability and prevent abuse. We have not added advertising pixels or optional visitor-analytics tools.

Enquiries and discovery calls

If you email us, we receive the contact details, message and any attachments you choose to send. Our email is provided through Google Workspace. We use your information to respond, understand your question, discuss scope and arrange services.

The booking link takes you to Google Calendar. Booking details are collected there, and discovery calls use Google Meet. Those services have their own privacy information and settings. You can contact us by email instead of using the booking link.

A discovery booking does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Please avoid sending confidential customer records or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Evaluation and participant information

Before an evaluation starts, we agree the scope, the information needed, who may access it and how deliverables will be shared. Research may involve contact details, task observations, feedback and agreed product or service material. Recording arrangements and participant information are agreed before sessions; a discovery-call booking is not consent to a research recording.

Only share information you are authorised to provide. We discuss redaction, participant consent and suitable transfer methods before collecting private evaluation material. Any additional tools or data-processing requirements are addressed in the engagement scope.

Service providers and overseas processing

Vercel and Google process information to provide hosting, email, booking and meeting services. Their infrastructure and support operations may involve processing outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. We do not promise Australia-only processing for this website or these communication tools.

Read the Vercel privacy policy and Google privacy policy for their practices. If you require particular storage locations or contractual controls for an evaluation, raise these before sharing the material.

Retention and disclosure

We retain correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to respond, deliver agreed work, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable obligations. Evaluation-specific retention and deletion arrangements can be agreed in writing.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorised service providers, people agreed for an engagement, or where disclosure is required by law. Client material and identifiable participant information are not published as case studies without permission.

Your requests and concerns

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing privacy@justusability.com. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will review the request, explain any limits on what we can do and respond to the contact details you provide.

If a concern is not resolved, you can seek information about available complaint options from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We update this notice when our information-handling practices change.
