Website and discovery calls

Justusability provides usability research and AI experience evaluation, led by Adnan Khan. Information on this website helps you understand the services and decide whether to start a conversation.

Booking a discovery call is free and without obligation. It does not purchase an evaluation, authorise payment or start an engagement. Scope, price, timing, access and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.

Introductory evaluation

The introductory AI Experience Evaluation is A$2,500 in total, including GST, for the first three clients. It covers one agreed journey, five moderated sessions with participants you supply, a behavioural baseline, findings and recommendations, a walkthrough and a targeted follow-up check. Full inclusions and limits appear in the evaluation offer.

The payment schedule is A$1,250 to begin and A$1,250 after the 14-day review window, both including GST. The initial evaluation takes 10 business days once scope, payment, access and all five participant bookings are ready. Delays or changes are discussed and revised dates agreed. External recruitment, participant incentives paid directly, implementation and additional research are separate unless expressly included.

Useful direction, or your money back

If you do not feel the evaluation gave your team useful direction, reply to our engagement email within 14 calendar days of the findings walkthrough. We initiate a full refund of fees received for the engagement within five business days, including GST and charges collected from you for that engagement, and waive any unpaid balance.

You keep the delivered report. You do not need to implement recommendations, prove a financial loss, accept more work or provide a testimonial. Any unperformed follow-up work is cancelled. Costs you pay directly to third parties, such as participant incentives, are not reimbursed by us.

This promise is additional to any rights or remedies available under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this website excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access, participants and information

You must be authorised to provide the product access, documents, recordings or other material needed for the agreed work. We agree participant suitability, session arrangements, permissions and any recording before research starts.

Do not send private customer records or sensitive information unless it is needed and an appropriate handling method has been agreed. Our privacy notice explains how website, enquiry and engagement information is handled.

What the findings mean

Findings reflect the scope, available evidence, participants and product version reviewed. Five qualitative sessions do not establish a population-wide performance measure. Illustrative journeys, figures and sample findings on this website are examples, not client results or forecasts.

Evaluation provides evidence and recommendations to inform decisions. It does not certify safety, legal compliance or launch readiness, or guarantee growth, revenue or another commercial result. Specialist requirements and additional validation should be agreed where needed.

Changes, cancellations and follow-up

Request the included targeted follow-up within 30 days of the findings walkthrough. It covers up to six original scenarios on a revised version, three attempts each, and an updated findings note. We schedule it within five business days of receiving a stable revised version. Additional participant sessions are separate.

Rescheduling, cancellation before delivery and work outside the agreed scope are addressed in the written engagement. We discuss material changes before undertaking additional paid work.

Booking and professional-profile links take you to third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or use contact channels to send unlawful material.
